Ingredients that I had used for the experiment:



The first batch of dough (0-8grams of yeast)



Sample 1 (control) and 2 (2 grams of yeast)



Sample 3 (4 grams) and 4 (6 grams)



Sample 5 (8 grams)



Not pretty eh? LOL And I had to try and knead samples 1 & 2.
